碎牛心这类非活体饲料易造成水体富营养化,且成本较高,因此,富含蛋白质、饲养成本较低的黑水虻进入研究者视野。本文对比研究了碎牛心、商业饲料以及含黑水虻幼虫蛋白的饲料对七彩神仙鱼的生长表现的影响,以及螺旋藻含量对其色素沉着的影响。
结果

整体而言,黑水虻饲料的添加能使鱼的明亮程度提升。添加虾青素能够增强条纹处的红色,随着螺旋藻含量的上升,条纹和背斑的黄值提升。
讨论
